Trial Terms of Service

Welcome to the LARAU product trial program. By applying for or participating in the trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Application

To be eligible to participate in the LARAU trial, you must:

• be a resident of the United States;
• be at least 18 years of age;
• complete the suitability questionnaire accurately and honestly; and
• meet the specific demographic and health criteria required for this specific cohort.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for the trial. LARAU reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion based on the needs of the study.

2. Trial Participation

If selected, you agree to:

• use the LARAU Daily Fiber product as directed in the provided instructions;
• complete all baseline surveys, weekly check-ins, and final feedback surveys within the requested timeframes;
• provide honest, accurate, and uninfluenced feedback regarding your experience (both positive and negative); and
• maintain communication with the LARAU trial team if issues or questions arise.

The product provided to you is for your personal use only. You may not sell, trade, or distribute the trial product to any third party.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

The LARAU Daily Fiber product provided during this trial is a consumer dietary supplement. It is not a medication, and this trial is not a clinical or medical study. Participation in this trial is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that introducing a new dietary supplement into your routine may cause changes in digestion. If you experience any adverse reactions, severe discomfort, or illness, you agree to immediately discontinue use of the product, seek appropriate medical attention, and notify the LARAU team.

4. Compensation

Participants who successfully complete the entire trial program will receive the compensation amount stated at the time of application (e.g., $25). "Successful completion" means:

• Completing the initial baseline tracking;
• Using the product for the designated trial period; and
• Completing and submitting all required check-ins and the final evaluation survey.

Compensation will be issued electronically via the method specified by LARAU within approximately 14 days of final survey completion. Partial participation will not be eligible for compensation.

5. Feedback and Intellectual Property

By participating in this trial, you agree that LARAU owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the feedback, survey responses, comments, and suggestions you provide ("Feedback").

You grant LARAU a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate your Feedback into the development, improvement, and marketing of its products. Note: As stated in our Privacy Notice, we will not publicly identify you in marketing materials by name without obtaining your separate, explicit consent.

The formulation, branding, packaging, and concepts provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of LARAU.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LARAU (Laurau Health Inc.) and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your participation in the trial or use of the trial product.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the trial or the product is to discontinue your participation.

7. Privacy

Your participation in the trial is also governed by our Trial Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

8. Termination

Your participation in the trial is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by notifying us at care@larau.co. However, early withdrawal will forfeit your eligibility for trial compensation.

LARAU reserves the right to remove you from the trial program at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or provided false information.
