When you complete our trial suitability questionnaire, we may collect:
- your name and contact details;
- information about your current fibre routine and wellness goals;
- information you choose to provide about digestive conditions, including IBS;
- information about certain gastrointestinal or kidney conditions;
- information about digestive symptoms relevant to trial suitability;
- pregnancy or breastfeeding status;
- information about allergies or sensitivities relevant to the product;
- information about medication-related precautions; and
- your responses and feedback during the trial.
We intentionally limit our questions to information we reasonably need to assess trial suitability and administer the trial.
2. Why we collect this information
We use this information to:
- determine whether the LARAU trial may be suitable for you;
- identify circumstances where participating may not be appropriate without medical advice;
- administer and communicate with you about the trial;
- understand participants' experiences with the product;
- evaluate and improve our products and trial program; and
- meet applicable legal, safety and record-keeping requirements.
Your health information will not be sold or used to target advertising to you.
Participating in the questionnaire or trial does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Your consent
Before answering our health suitability questions, we ask for your consent to collect and use the health information you choose to provide for the purposes described above.
Providing this information is voluntary.
If you do not wish to provide health information, you may choose not to continue with the trial application.
You may withdraw your consent to future collection or use of your health information by contacting us using the details below.
4. Who may receive your information
Access to trial information is limited to people and service providers who reasonably need it to administer the LARAU trial.
This may include:
- authorised LARAU team members;
- our form and data-storage providers;
- technology providers helping us operate the trial;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary; and
- healthcare or scientific advisers assisting with trial safety or evaluation, where applicable.
Service providers are expected to handle information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate privacy and security requirements.
We do not sell participant health information.
We do not provide participant health information to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
5. Trial results and testimonials
We may analyse trial responses in an aggregated or de-identified form to understand how participants experienced the product.
We will not publicly identify you in a testimonial, advertisement, case study, social-media post or other promotional material based on your trial participation unless we obtain separate permission from you.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain trial information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- administer and evaluate the trial;
- maintain appropriate product and safety records; and
- satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal or health information, including the ability to request:
- access to information we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of certain information; or
- withdrawal of consent for future collection or use.

However, no online system can guarantee complete security.
9. Children
The initial LARAU trial is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older.
We do not knowingly enrol children in this trial.
